Tues 27th Sept (7.30-9.30pm) @ The Lamplighter  66 Overstone Rd Northampton NN1 3JS - A great excuse to all get together (before the Run'11) for a chat and a drink and to collect your Lowdown T-shirts. If you fancy a gentle run around The Racecourse beforehand, some of our 95 participants are meeting on the grass opposite The Picturedrome (Kettering Rd) at 6.30pm prompt.

The Lowdown have now submitted their 'Team Lowdown' registrations to the Run'11 organisers so are no longer accepting direct applications. So far, an amazing 88 people have registered to support us at The Run'11 (shown on the left) - that's double last years total!

You CAN still register for The Run'11 via their official website > CLICK HERE and remember to select THE LOWDOWN as your charity of choice. We'll then add you to our runners lists & update you with the latest news & information...
